Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $25 late fee and may need to reschedule depending on the schedule availability.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in any BrowSculptNYC training course. Due to limited class sizes and preparation required for each student, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the first day of training unless alternative arrangements have been approved.
All training sales are final. No refunds will be issued for deposits, tuition payments, missed classes, cancellations, or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training date, please contact BrowSculptNYC as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any local licensing, certification, health department, or regulatory requirements applicable in their state or jurisdiction.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
A touch-up appointment is recommended 5 to 8 weeks after your initial procedure for optimal results.
Additional touch-ups requested outside of the recommended timeframe may incur additional fees.
Permanent makeup is both an art and a cosmetic tattoo procedure. Healed results will vary from client to client based on factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, medications, medical conditions, sun exposure, skincare products, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Brows will appear darker, sharper, and more defined immediately after the procedure. As the healing process progresses, the color will soften and may heal lighter than initially expected. Uneven healing, patchiness, fading, or variations in pigment retention are normal and may occur.
BrowSculptNYC does not guarantee specific healed results, color retention, symmetry, or longevity of any procedure. Additional touch-up sessions may be necessary to achieve or maintain desired results and may be subject to additional fees.

By receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with permanent makeup procedures, including variations in healing and final results.
If you experience severe swelling, excessive redness, unusual pain, signs of infection, allergic reactions, or any unexpected medical concerns, seek immediate medical attention and notify BrowSculptNYC.
BrowSculptNYC reserves the right to refuse service to any client or student who is deemed unsuitable for treatment or who fails to follow studio policies.
